I want to give a shout out to East Hampton Public Library for creating this challenge! They wanted to hear how their teens were helping themselves, their community, and the world. They willingly shared it with libraries across the country in an attempt to serve all teens.
Directions: This challenge is for all teens who are in grades 6-12. There are 50 activities with a point system. Throughout your time at home, you can participate in the challenge and earn points. When you submit an activity, provide your full name, your grade, the activity number with response, and the date. To submit, email me at firstname.lastname@example.org using the subject line “The Social Distancing Challenge.” I will keep track of your responses and post a leaderboard on the teen website on a weekly basis. The person who earns the most points by the end of the challenge will be declared winner. You have until April 28, 2020 to submit your activities.
